This page is the public record of every container image that has been applied to Conceptual Health production systems. Each row is a chain-anchored audit transaction with the image hash before and after the swap, the operator key that signed the deploy, and the BAA hash binding (per CH-IP-043). The full lineage protocol is described in CH-IP-046.
